GoPro Hero 7 Silver - 4K HD Digital Action Camera, 10 MP, Silver

After reading several reviews on this site and others I settled with the 7 silver model. Good points. 1) Stabilisation. I can not fault the stabilisation capabilities of this camera! I have purchased a few cheap action cameras now with so called ‘stability features’ but this was truly an amazing improvement over budget cameras. 2) Storage capacity. As this camera can take a 128Gb microSD card (not included) you can shoot hours of 4K video which I have found is more than plenty. The camera has a time lapse feature which greatly utilises the extra space to make some amazing condensed videos of your adventures. Also great fun to time lapse a long car journey! 3) The app The camera utilities an app that has many features and makes a truly great addition to the hardware. The app has the ability to control the camera so it is ideal to record shots of yourself and see how the photo/video will look - this is opposed to trying to figure out what your camera is truly looking at! Bad points. 1) The battery is not removable, if you want this capability I suggest you take a look at the black models. If you feel you need more battery life ensure you carry a decent power bank with you for ‘on the go’ charging. 2) The charging cable. I feel the included charging cable is very short! Something to consider if your charging port is behind furniture. Also the product only comes with a USB cable and not a mains adapter. 3) Software freeze. Occasionally you may be the victim of the camera ‘freezing up’ sometimes a simple hold the power button can reboot the camera. However, I have faced the issue of it completely freezing and unfortunately you have to wait for the battery to go flat! On other models this is remedied by removing the battery, but as stated previously you cannot do this on the silver. Summary. Overall this product is an amazing camera. If you have only owned a budget action camera you will see a huge difference in quality. The best improvement was noted when comparing budget cameras to this one when using it underwater. The underwater shots are almost as good as the site boasts about! Significantly more expensive than other action cameras on the market but the price increase is well justified.

I like the picture quality and the fact Hero 7 is waterproof without needing a case. The battery life is good but not great if you do a lot of video. The connection to iPhone was not too easy and hit and miss. Overall very nice camera.

Bought for my partner, who has a dirt bike. He had been looking at one for a while, and was over the moon with it. Loves how he has it linked to his phone, so can turn it on and off at the touch of a button. Lovely clear images and videos. Only taken it out a few times, but absolutely no issues with it. Even when he comes off his bike!

Good video quality but we have had some "freezing" issues that prevented us using the camera at some points which was disappointing. We have pinpointed the "burst feature" as the main culprit so we would recommend not to use this

Really good action camera. The quality of both video and picture is good. Battery life is so-so. The companion app is extremely good! The only thing I don't like is touch screen when there are water drops on it, it switches modes etc which is pretty annoying.

Out of the box it needed a firmware update, which it wouldn't perform via the android app. Update needed a Windows machine or a Mac, which we didn't have. Took a lot of time to actually get it into a state where it would actually record video. The touch screen is fiddly. Cracking videos though, and when the app works and the camera doesn't get confused with the date and crash, the whole process of using it is good. It does crash quite a bit though, forgetting the date, which then confuses the app which refuses to then offload all the videos. Love the waterproof in its own right feature. Great family shots in the pool.

Works fine, does what its supposed to do. Quality is great! Only downside is the app on the phone. It doesn’t connect as easily when you’re “on the road” and want it to work fast and easy. I still feel like the product in itself is not built for easy user experience but what more than good video content can I expect?

I don’t know why this GoPro hero 7 has such negative reviews. It did make me hesitant on buying one after reading most of the reviews. But YES... I purchased the bundle kit = GoPro hero 7, memory card and accessories for my boyfriends birthday present.... he LOVES it! The Voice control is an amazing feature to have & the quality of the videos/photos he’s taken so far are incredible. Especially if you like to editing them. Yes we’ll have to invest in a extra battery which isn’t a lot. From what we are seeing & using we would definitely recommend buying this! *5 ⭐️*

Bought for my son. He loves it. Super quality vids. Used for skiing and mointainbiking. Great stability function.

Muito boa. Atendeu bem. Só achei que a bateria acaba muito rápido.

Que se puede decir, es una GoPro, solo diré detalles que no necesariamente son negativos pero que al menos me hicieron ruido en esta versión silver: 1. Aún que configures 60fps, no graba a esa velocidad a menos que actives el modo cámara lenta todo el tiempo 2. El software de edición fue actualizado y lo limitaron muchísimo de opciones de edición 3. La batería no es removible 4. Algunas veces al recargar la cámara, no se pone en modo de recarga y tienes que conectarla por usb a una PC encendida para que se "resetee". De ahí en más, la cámara está excelente

Ürün kalite olarak muhteşem, aksiyon kameraları arasında rakipsiz. şarj süresi yetersiz kaldı benim için. 1080 p çekimde yaklaşık 1.30 saat çekim yapıyor, 4k çekim GPS vb ayarları açınca çekim süresi daha da düşüyor. daha uzun süreli çekim yapmak isteyenler Black modelini tercih edebilir.

Ich kaufe jetzt schon zum 3. Mal. Für Radsport super geeignet. Haben ebenfalls einige Touren durch Österreich gemacht wo wir auch von Klippen ins Wasser gesprungen sind. Hat die super überstanden! Echt tolle Kamera. Die Qualität der Videos ist auch top! Für die 200€ echt extrem gut
