I got to hear all about this book from my grandson, who enjoyed the storyline. The Jake Maddox books are fun for sports-loving young readers. Highly recommend!

Great early chapter book series
Great for 1st-2nd graders. My son (and I) really like this series as each book has a good message. It holds the interest of the reader and is really enjoyable.

Book was damaged
My son was very excited to get this book today but was upset when he noticed the cover was streaky and damaged. He didn't believe it was a new book. He's a kid that takes care of his things so he was disappointed. The book itself is great though. It's a great book for boys reading chapter books.
