It makes 6 fluid oz according to the packaging, but I pour it in a 20oz cup with hot water.

Is the coffee organic? Because if not, it contains fluoride. I go to great lengths to remove fluoride from what goes down my gullet.

yes just 44 mg per serving, coming from the instant coffee and coco.... i started using it because of a UTI, it has a amazing taste mixes well and the health benefits are incredible.
