効果あるのかな？体感できるほどの変化はありませんでした。精密検査受けたら判るのでしょうか。もう飲まないと思います。

Waste of money

使いやすいです。

I got this after reading Dr. Mike Simpson's "Honed: Finding Your Edge As A Man Over Forty" (good read if you're in that demographic, by the way). I'm hardly a doctor, clinician, or scientist, but I've distinctly felt something that seemed to be missing lately. Nothing dramatic, but definitely there. Placebo effect? Maybe, who knows, but either way it's working for me.

Genuine product.

I know when I read reviews and see 5 stars I think...ok...is this guy just experiencing placebo??? No. This is legit. This leads to an increase in clear-mindedness (for me) within 15 minutes. There is pep in my step. Almost like I have more breath in my body. I'm huffing and puffing less. I'm only 25 but I have sustained some serious damage to my body from selenium toxicity from supplements that has affected me drastically. But this helps. I have read it helps boost arginine more than arginine, as arginase in the liver "taxes" 80% of the arginine you eat/take and destroys it. Citrulline bypasses the liver, hence leading to a noticeable increase in Nitric Oxide, which is what is giving you that feeling of oxygenation. Citrulline is also used as a life-saving medication for those with urea cycle mutations/genetic diseases. As citrulline is used to convert the most toxic metabolite ever, ammonia, into the safer urea to be excreted. I imagine this could also play somewhat of a role for how you feel on this stuff. Look, don't buy a million supplements that don't work. Stick with what works. This works. I stack it with 2.5 g taurine, 500mg glycine, 1.5 g tyrosine, a TINY amount of zinc (5-10% of RDA) for NMDAR regulation (decreases anxiety), a TINY amount of beef liver (for copper and b vitamins), and I will be using beetroot powder too pretty soon.

I’ve been using NOW Foods supplements for a while, and they’ve consistently impressed me. The quality is reliable, the ingredients are clean, and the prices are much better than many competing brands. I appreciate that they clearly list everything on the label and avoid unnecessary fillers

Its been 10 days since I am using this, but there is absolutely no way to check if this actually does anything. I can comment on this better after a few months of use.
