These gummies have certainly been beneficial in reducing hair loss, which I've experienced during the postpartum phase, along with hair thinning and very weak, brittle nails that would often break and sometimes bleed even when slightly grown. Despite this minor inconvenience, I wholeheartedly recommend these to anyone seeking healthier nails and hair. The added benefit of glowing skin is a delightful bonus!

I’ve been using these for over seven months now and I’ve been really happy with the results. My hair has definitely started growing faster and it looks fuller than it did before I started taking them. I’ve also noticed my nails seem stronger as well.
