Cheap set screws.

Installed the chrome extension, aligned it properly and set the lock nuts. After the next use the alignment changed because the set screws didn't hold. The set screws should be "cup" or "dog nose" but are instead just straight cut. The Chinese designers knew that but they got cheap. For $36 it should have come with the proper type set screws. I'll make it work, as soon as I get back from the hardware store.
