Also used on my kids same time as zeolite detox and notice them trying to understand more than just being super hyper active and looking for the next thing to play with or put attention on. I also used on my self and was able to concentrate and think through task more than normal where my mind goes everywhere or i get drowsy being stuck on one topic. I like these drops but the Mary Ruth drops work better for my anxiety and calming. Theses drop do work well for focus. When I'm not working or on school I'll take theses. But for more stressful days I take the other ones. I do like the price of these they are more affordable than the Mary Ruth ones. In comparing the solutions these have noticable particles, and the other ones don't. They do taste the same. For the active ingredients it's also the same.

I do 2 drops at night and it’s help me sleep deep and I wake up more focused. Perfect combo!
