I’m a lifelong athlete and my body is feeling the affects of overuse. The wedges were great and helped me with all the recovery exercises I needed to do daily. They’re sturdy and lightweight and easy to travel with. I didn’t take the whole square, just a few pieces and they were sufficient for my needs. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to improve their squat, do rehab exercises or a myriad of other activities. You definitely won’t be disappointed with this quality product.

They are amazing! My knees feel better already. I do wish they naturally had a grip material to stay still on the floor. But overall they work great.

Update: I only had these for a week and a half and they already broke. I've reached out to the seller, I'll update again after they respond to me. I still recommend them, I think maybe I just got a bad set.Original review: So far so good! Very stable, not slippery at all. I love them! I bought 2, but sent one back bc I only needed one, as it has 3 separate pieces that make 2 equal sized wedges for each foot. It is Styrofoam so it might not last forever, but I think it will last a good while and for the price, it's a great deal!

I bought the kit with two wedge sizes, a calf stretching block, and straps to hold them together, creating a single step.I've used it each night since it arrived. Despite the wedges being lightweight, they are very sturdy! The concept is harder in practice than I thought it would be, but I don't worry about slipping off the wedges or them slipping out from under me, giving me the confidence to push myself as a beginner. I'm looking forward to seeing my progress!

I’ve been reading and listening to my physical therapist talk about this wedges for months. I’m 73, have neuropathy which mostly affects my legs. I workout 5 days a week and always looking for a way to improve my training. The wedges are my new love. They add a stretch component to the calves, make my squats more difficult which means more bang for the buck. I also recommend them to my massage client's. I encourage them to stay fit in order to enjoy life.

The design concept is great, but the execution makes it hard to use. The lightweight foam makes the box slide around, and the red bands don’t secure the wedges as intended. If this were made with sturdier, heavier materials, it could be a fantastic product. I hope future versions improve on stability because the idea has a lot of potential.
