Great quality.
I just started taking these, so can't really say much, but I believe Dr. Mercola has a quality product, and this calcium is eggshell derived. His is the only one I could find like that, & that is what I was looking for.

My vitamin D was only 7 on my blood test so my doc prescribed high dose D2 taken 1x/wk. I took it until I read Dr Mercola's article about this product which has high dose D3 taken daily. I switched and after 1 month my D was back up to 29, which is nearly in the normal zone (above 30). I have continued to use it and have felt my energy and stamina return. I'm feeling better about my immune system as well coming into this new cold and flu season. I was sick the entire winter last year because of low D. Not this year!
