WOULD THIS FIT WITH MY CAR? IT DOESN'T HAVE A ROOF RACK. The carrier is attached by straps which go through the rails so not unless you devise something special. IS IT LOUD DUE TO STRAPS FLAPPING IN THE WIND? If it's not packed full/tight, it will cause noise while driving on the highway. But if it's packed full, you're good to go! HOW TO ATTACH THE STRAPS TO THE ROOF RACK? Pulled the straps down as tight as possible though to secure it to roof rails. Heard no flopping at all and no movement at all.
