Works but not worth price other options cheaper with higher dose
This Rhodiola Rosea definitely works if I take it the day before, getting out of bed is much easier, and it helps keep me awake and alert during the day. You do need to cycle it, though. My main issue is the price: the dosage per capsule is too low for what you’re paying. Other brands offer higher doses at a cheaper price, so while it works, it’s not great value and it also stinks and tastes of earth/dirt.

Great Product, but Plastic Packaging Let It Down
I was disappointed to see that the product came in a plastic bottle. I expected it to be in glass, especially for something marketed as a natural product. Glass would have felt more sustainable and in line with the brand’s values
