Available for the first time, Chris Moyles' The Parody Album is a collection of hilarious song parodies that Chris and the team first performed on 'The Chris Moyles Show' on BBC Radio 1. The Parody Album includes classics such as “Meat Again” (“Beat Again” originally by JLS), “Lorry Driver” (“Womanizer” originally by Britney Spears), “Big Bum” (“Sex Bomb” originally by Tom Jones), “I Predict a Diet” (“I Predict a Riot” originally by The Kaiser Chiefs) and many more. With new tracks recorded specially for the album, including "Liar" (originally "Fire" by Kasabian) and "My Parody Album" (originally "Bank Holiday Monday" by Stereophonics), Chris Moyles' The Parody Album will also feature exclusive tracks written by the man himself and never heard until now. Review: There are some really nasty people out there..... - I and my daughter like the album we are listeners and bought the CD because we like Chris and the team. I really can't get my head round people that are using the review to be nasty to Chris and the team. If you don't like him why would you even listen to the CD. Fair play to people that have listened and don't like the CD and have their own opinion. This is what the reviews should be about. This album gives us what we get every morning a little fun in a mad busy world............. I like it Review: Fun gift - A fun gift bought for my husband for Xmas. Loves it! Could make anyone smile as songs funny and very entertaining. A must buy if you like Chris Moyles! Packaged well and arrived quickly once ordered.

Mostly for fans of Chris Moyles
Having been a fan of Chris Moyles and the team that made up the BBC Radio 1 show I was excited to get my hands on this album and even purchased a copy for my father as it was he who got me into Chris' radio show, listening way back when the show was on in the afternoons after I returned from school and then later on the breakfast show. NB: This review is being left 13 years after the original purchase! This is a difficult one to review impartially, I have a feeling that, unless you are a fan of Chris or enjoy parody songs then this album is not going to be for you and will fail to peak your interest. As a fan of Chris and the team, even enjoying the odd parody song outside of Chris' this album brought back some fond memories of listening to the show and the friendly banter between the team as Chris would reveal each new song as it was developed. Hearing them again on this album in a much clearer edit is both refreshing and strange having been used to slightly different versions of the same song over the radio. Highlights for me are the original breakfast show songs such as Lorrydriver, The Boy Does Plenty, I Predict A Diet, Dogs Don't Kill People, Addicted to Plaice and my own personal favorites Barack Obama & Nana Window. There are a few duds within the album, but I guess this would be expected considering the team themselves are broadcasters first and foremost and not trained singers! Overall the album brings back fond memories of Chris and the team's BBC Radio 1 show, the songs still spark memories for me and that counts for a lot. No it is not perfect and it is not for everyone but if you appreciate Chris' sense of humor or a good parody song then give it a go. If you aren't a fan of Chris Moyles for whatever reason then this is unlikely to turn your thoughts around.

It is great and funny. I bought it when it first went on sale. It remindes me of the fun times listening to the show. Wish they would all be back on the radio like before.

Any fan of Chris Moyles must have this CD, especially now that he no longer hosts the breakfast show on BBC Radio 1, this album helps us going through withdrawl! Great, funny stuff here!

Chris Moyles and his morning show team are a definite bright spot on my radio dial thanks to SiriusXM. It is great to bring this crafty parody album to my collection.
