These helped fuel me for training for a marathon. They are excellent fuel, and I love the variety so I don't get tired of one flavor and I can trial and see which flavor I prefer the most.

I bought these to use for my half marathon training and my half marathon race. All the flavors taste good. I use half the recommended amount. It seems to work just as well. When I first tried it, I got a stomach ache from taking the recommended amount. I adjusted the amount since then and no issues.
