Is it suitable for dry and itchy scalp?

It used to be good with dry and itchy scalp. Not anymore. Maybe they changed some of the ingredients. Not sure why the price is still going up though.

It's written on the tin for hair maintance,flaky scalp, dry hair and thin hair, I've used it for about 10 year but nowadays the smell and the texture is different, am not sure if it works as before,I've noticed that it has changed alot.
