I never really used pan sprays because most I was familiar with were just chemicals and I never needed them before. I always used pans for pizzas tbh so never had much an issue until Lately. Anyone who's had pizzas stick to pans can tell you it's like dropping your tray full of food on the muddy ground. This spray is great, adds some flavor, and isn't just chemicals in a bottle.

This stuff is amazing! I can use Pam and make it more healthy by it being olive oil. Never did I dream I'd have the best of both worlds, but for the past few years since I found out and this product, I have had the best of both worlds. So I recommend buying this! And getting the best of both worlds all to yourself!

You mean I get to be the first to review it? Really! Hey, that's exciting! Seriously, Pam is the best nonstick spray around. I have tried other (cheaper) sprays but always wind up returning to Pam. Second, olive oil is very nutritious, and the spray works well for everything I use it for. Eventually I will have to reorder, but I'm surprised with how long this order is lasting. I don't think you can do better than to purchase this package and use it until you're on your last can, when you'll want to reorder.

Easy vendor with fast service. I use it to sear fish in a wok. It also works great on air popped popcorn. Easier, better, and healthier than melting butter!

It's PAM cooking spray... can use it for pretty much anything and it works. I don't use it all the time as I prefer using olive, avocado, coconut, or flax oils.... but for when you really need something to not stick - this will do it!
