I've read about egusi lately, though i'm completely unfamiliar with it. how is this flour meant to be used? can i bake with it like any nut/seed flour

I have used Egusi all my life. It is used in stew. You cook it with oil, tomato, onions, garlic, kale or collard green, and sometime dry shrimp. It is very rich. To make it stay in the stew, you mix it up with egg to have a good consistency. You can look up egusi soup on google for more recipes. I hope this helps. :)
