I'm just recovering from a lower back injury and bought this to replace an ageing belt bought in Lidl that served me well. This belt does not cover as much of my back, but the area that it does cover is definitely helped. The belt has an inner velcro grip that holds well, even when sitting. The outer velcro sections are elasticated and depending on how much you pull on each side, they grip well and vary the feeling of support. I tend to slacken these off when sitting. There doesn't appear to be much in the way of additional support at the rear of the belt so I guess this will only be useful where only minor support is required.

This belt fastens well with Velcro. Once the main belt is on you can tighten it with a second set of fasteners. The belt went under my shirt and shorts and is unobtrusive. Most importantly it held my hips so I didn’t further strain my sacroiliac when playing golf

This hip belt is amazing, I was crying from pain while trying to walk or stand longer than a minute. I put in on and started to cry from relive - pain go away and I finally can do things without back pain. I bought it because someone told me that my hips can be the cause of pain - not neuralgia. I think I was misdiagnosed for the last 12 years... Wort buying - really nice done, easy to wear, not moving thanks to silicon straps, and work for pain from hips beautifully.

Bought this for my husband, who has worn a back support for many years when working. This was a replacement, but he states that the support is good, but its uncomfortable and feels sweaty as the material isn't breathable.

This belt I wear when doing heavy work bending etc and I find it sure helps, the belt is good quality with good stitching and good velcro

I've been suffering with sciatica like symptoms for about 15 years and was diagnosed 6 years ago with a weak sacroiliac joint. Was given exercises to do and told to work on posture but nothing really worked. I bought this belt about 6 months ago and wear it when I'm in bed because it's when I'm lying down the joint starts to separate, and when I try and get up in the morning I'm in absolute agony. 6 months on with wearing it, the joint appears to be much stronger now and I rarely get any symptoms even after doing manual work. There are much more expensive belts out there that promise to help, but I would highly recommend trying one of these first.

Utilizzo questa fascia sacroiliaca da quasi un anno e, considerando il mio lavoro che mi obbliga a stare piegata per molte ore, posso dire che mi ha letteralmente salvato. Quando i dolori erano particolarmente forti, anche senza essere completamente bloccata, indossare la fascia mi ha permesso di lavorare senza ricorrere a farmaci. All’inizio non sapevo bene come posizionarla, perché sembrava scivolare, ma ho capito che va messa a diretto contatto con la pelle, anche sotto gli slip. Una volta presa la mano, è anche velocissima da mettere: prima si fissa il primo scratch più grosso aderendo perfettamente alla pelle e poi si regolano gli altri due scratch in base al dolore. Se il dolore è poco, si stringe leggermente; se è più intenso, si stringe di più. Resta ad un’altezza comoda, non è fastidiosa e permette anche di andare in bagno senza problemi. Non è completamente invisibile, perché deve stringere un po’, ma con una maglietta leggermente più larga o dei jeans non super skinny non si nota quasi per niente. Io ho acquistato la taglia M. Pur essendo abbastanza minuta, con i fianchi un po’ larghi ho ancora molto margine: direi quindi che per una corporatura media va benissimo. Ho fatto anche vari lavaggi in lavatrice a 30°C e la fascia ha mantenuto perfettamente sia il silicone antiscivolo sia l’elastico. Il mio medico mi ha consigliato di non abusarne: va utilizzata soprattutto nei momenti di lavoro intenso o dolore più forte, evitando l’uso continuo, per non indebolire ulteriormente la muscolatura e peggiorare la situazione una volta tolta. Per chi ha problemi simili ai miei, la consiglio vivamente. Voto personale: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Angenehm zu tragen direkt am Schmerzzentrum anbringen und die oberen Bänder anbringen nach wohlfühl situation. Ich trage es morgens wenn die Schmerzen am größten sind und bin begeistert, durch den Druck lässt der Scherz sofort nach. Bei der Arbeit trage ich langes tshirt oder Hemd und Mann sieht überhaupt nicht das ich es an habe . Werde mir ein 2 tes kaufen so das ich eines ins Auto lege falls ich es vergessen sollte 👍👍👍absolut zu Empfehlen besonders für die Arbeiter die sich sehr viel Bücken und auf Leitern stehen Müssen. 👍👍👍 ich selbst bin Handwerker. Ravi de cette ceinture. Ayant des problèmes de lombalgie sciatique elle m'aide bien dans mon travail d'aide-soignante. Elle est très douce et de belles qualités. Elle ne glisse pas grâce à des petites bandes en gel les scratch sont très efficaces. Elle se fond sous ma tenue et ne se fait pas remarquer.
