Does it have some type of liner

There is a liner and non removable cup inserts. I keep fidgeting to get the liner to stop looking out at the thigh but it's not that serious once I get it right

How long are the legs and are they snugged?

On a size 12, the inside seam is 3 inches. The circumference of the leg opening is 20 inches, so it would depend on the size of your leg as to how it would fit. Initially mine fit very well, smooth around my leg. It did stretch a little, but is still fine to wear.

Does this suit have an underwire bra? (it came up in an underwire search but doesn't specify in the description.)

No it doesn't have an underwire bra. It also fits pretty tide I wish I ordered a larger size but altogether it is a great swimming suit

If you have larger thighs do the legs roll up while swimming laps?

its a very comfortable suite and legs are pretty long, not the short boy boxer, but longer boxer length. I do aerobics in the pool and haven't had the problem of legs rolling up...I did order up a couple sizes, just to make sure the whole length and bust fit, it is double lined. outer shell and inner lining..and its a very comfortable suit..easy to get on and off. I don't think the legs will roll up while swimming, as the water is passing you in downwater situation, and double lining adds the extra weight good luck
