Poor Quality Control

I ordered this shirt twice. The first had a button falling off on unpacking, the front bottom lapels did not lign up, the cuffs are too narrow. I could barely button the cuff and I have small wrists. The ordered shirt had the same problem with the cuffs. I like the feel of the material and weight of the cloth.
