What is the best way to clean this hat?

I run mine through my washing machine with wash and wear clothing. I air dry it by hanging it on a door knob. The hat has been washed this way 6-8 times without any negative results.

How do I return an item if there isn't a packing slip or label?

Go into your orders and request a return. They will give you a print out or a email code. Typically I believe you should be able to return it to Kohls with out a box. But I usually just put the return in a box. Tape it up. Take it to a UPS store and they scan my emailed code. I would get the receipt tho. Just incase.

How long is the brim?

Ok...measured from the underside where I could get a firm “starting point”, the “hard” part of the brim is 2-3/4”. If I can give further info, please let me know.
