I'm sensitive to smells. Can anyone tell me what it smells like??

I wonder if different people smell differently when smelling the same thing. The descriptions I'm reading don't smell like that to me at all. It is strong scent while using, not afterward. I have to agree with those who said, it smells like men's cologne.

What happened to “nice n easy hair painting”??

I believe it turned “mean and hard”;)

Did anybody else notice more brassiness at the roots on highlighted hair using the shampoo and the conditioner? If yes, what did you do to fix it?

No but if you are in the sun a lot that may happen. I just touch up the roots with root touch up. It really works well till your next salon appointment. Ask your hair dresser to put a toner on your hair. That may help.
