How many millilitres will this hold?

I'd estimate about 350ml, it is quite small, I cant fit a full tin of soup in it.

Is the product microwave safe?

Hi there, Thank you for your question. This is not microwave-safe, so please put your soup in a jug or microwave container to heat it first, then add it to your bowl and enjoy. Kindest regards - The Advisory Team from J C Plastics Limited.

My spoon is missing, is there a way to get one sent, without sendinf the whole order back

Was it not with the pot, if not I'd get in touch with the company & ask for a spoon or return the whole lot & ask for a new one with spoon. BTW my spoon just broke in half for no reason!
