What material is the mask made out of? Is it durable for more than one use?

It is hard plastic and durable. My daughter wore the costume five or six times and it is still perfectly fine.

what size would fit a 5 year old boy who wears a size 6? reading it seems some people say the sizing is smaller other say its larger than listed...
