It applies well on my waterline but doesnโt exactly go smoothly on my skin. Benefits from being warmed a little. Not the best but itโs ok!

Very reasonably priced
I use these pencils for outlining designs on various items prior to painting. I choose them because they are soft and easily cleaned off when no longer needed. Although I dont use them as an eyeliner I think because soft they would be easy to apply without scratching.
